Abstract

The infrastructural approach appears along the 1960’s as an architectural strategy to deal with a changing society requiring open, flexible and new urban-form generation systems. The work of Shadrach Woods with the new participation processes arising from the social revolutions of the 1960’s, ask for a new architecture able to act as a support for free and spontaneous activities.
