Objective Benidorm

Abstract

In June 2015, in the seek to finding a topic for a course on Architectural Projects at the School of Architecture of Alicante, several conversations took place between the Professor Jose M Torres Nadal on one hand, and Mireia Luzárraga and Alex Muiño on the other, the former as lecturer of the university of Alicante and the latter in his position of collaborating architect. They jointly decided to develop two consecutive projects courses working in Benidorm and specifically in hotels located in Benidorm. This paper intends to update both the theory and the practice of the experiment conducted on that city.
