Abstract

“Memory in Motion” is a program for the elders that stimulates the processes of attention movement, memory, spatial and temporal structure and coordination praxias through the intelligent movement. In order to develop the program it was carried out experimental research, which consists of two phases. In the first phase it was steering a program with a sample of 66 elders. During this phase was conducted its assessment didactic, a first assessment of the effects on the participants and were adjusted assessment tools employed. In the second phase it was realized an experimental design with 140 people and a control group. This communication presents one of the results of the first phase of the investigation: the content and structure of the program “Memory in Motion”.
