Football matches are continuously threatened by risk which can affect potentially to the activity, damage the properties and hurt the participants. Therefore, security must be a basic aspect in the management of these events. Thus the goal of this project was to develop a tool in order to confirm if the security obligatory measures in Spanish stadiums (1ª division, 2ª Division and 2ª Division B) are adequate to anthropic risks. A checklist with dichotomous answer (YES/NO) and 150 items was made through the main Spanish regulations and standars. 73 of them are answered. 73 of them are answered by observation and the other 77 need the help from the security director of the stadium analysed. This tool was made under an expert supervision in sport events security, and it was validated by means of a triangulation process. The results got in three stadiums where this tool was used, show that none of them accomplish with all obligatory measures, being the stadium of 1ª Division which compiled more items, and the 2ª Division B which has less grade of compliance.Downloads
