La génesis de las rotaciones gimnásticas (II). Rotaciones generadas en vuelo

Abstract

This article catalogues and describes the possible gymnastic rotations generated on flight. Three rotation types are listed; two of them are due to twist: the ones produced by “gyroscope effect” and by “cat twist” which can be found on specialized literature. A third rotation type, which is called “turbine effect”, produces swing and cannot be found on specialized literature.
