Resumen

Aeróbic gym is a current subject with excellent connotations for Secondary Education. It can and must be included from an integration point of view establishing inter-relations between different fields inlcuded in our area. This proposition pretends to be an outlet for a shortly known gymnastic field from a competition point of view, because we are speaking about a minor activity most of Physical Education teachers are not too familiar with. Main aspects we are going to be focused in are the ones, from the educational side, referred by Didactical Unit structure, where cycle goals are to be kept in mind, timing, specific topics (teaching-learning activities), as far as evaluation. In other to reach the goals we will use activities, most of the rhytmical and games, good to get better in each session proposed activities from recreational point of view.
