Abstract

Objectives: Analyze the importance that the managers of the main Tennis Clubs of Spain (more than 1000 members) give to the use of strategic thinking towards stakeholders is evaluated, as a way of achievement of their objectives. Methodology: As a tool for collecting information, a survey of comparative design is created ad hoc for this investigation. The study group consists of 69 tennis sport clubs throughout the national territory. For the data analysis, IBM SPSS STATISTICS 23.0 was used. Results: It has been observed that more than 90% of managers, of large Tennis Clubs, value the importance of the use of strategic thinking towards stakeholders. Conclusion: It can be concluded that this study is an approach to the analysis of the reality of strategic thinking used by the sport managers of big Tennis Clubs to serve as a basis for the improvement of the management of this type of organizations.
