The graduate in physical education as trainer of the competitors of sport of adventure in Spain

Abstract

The sport training has been studied in multitude of disciplines, but little time in adventure sportsmen. Our aim is to analyze some aspects related to the direction of the training of an adventure sportsman. For it, we have focused in the Aventure Racers, selected four competitions within Spanish League, using like measurement instrument a questionnaire for a population of 272 competitors. We can conclude that, the sportsman of adventure in most of the cases directs his training, and in some cases directs a graduate in Physical Education, being very satisfactory its training. These competitors affirm that the person who should train them, would have to be a graduate in Physical Education, although the men also believe that it could be a technical or sporting monitor.
