Determining for the creation of excellent sports social contexts

Abstract

The research presented here is framed in the systemic ecological model of Bronfenbrenner (1987). Whose perspective conceptualizes the person in the process of change and maturation in relation to a social, physical and psychological variable environment. The sample of the research consists of 40 significant social subjects and professional technicians, belonging to a sports environment of excellence confirmed by the results obtained. The selection has been carried out rigorously by means of the criterion of theoretical sampling. It corresponds to the Grounded Theory. The open interview has been used to collect answers about behaviors, opinions and values, feelings and emotions. Descriptions of the context and knowledge responses of the object of study in relation to key factors as an environment of excellence.
